He enforces peace in the heavens.
3 Who is able to count his heavenly army?
Doesn’t his light shine on all the earth?

Although GOD is powerful, He is only dreadful to those that are in rebellion to Him, to those who do not know Him, to those that do not belong to Him. But HE is lovely and wonderful to all those whose hearts are seeking for Him, who wait for Him and take time to be with Him.
GOD is the firm foundation over all the earth, the Universe and every created being came from Him. He is glorious and majestic in every way, yet His heart is towards those whom He has created. His heart longs for us, mortal impure beings, because He wants to clothe us and make us pure before Him and only He has the power to cleanse us from every filth.
The LORD loves all His creations, and He delights to spend time with each and everything that He has made. Can we picture a GOD who awaits every flower to bud, the sun to rise and give Him glory and every child to look into His face and cherish Him, every man or woman to wake up from the night's sleep. He is waiting for every one of us to be aware of His Presence and acknowledge the invisible Being. We were created to be loved by GOD and to love Him. He is waiting for our faith to move because this causes Him to move in our behalf. When we believe that He is our Savior, our hearts can rest in peace, because the Savior has died for love and lived for love. He is real and He loves every bit of me.
