Have you ever felt like there's no other hope in this world but only in one person? Nothing seems to be going your way unless GOD changes things. Well this is how David the powerful and great King felt. How can such a man of high position feel insecure and fear that GOD will not listen to HIM? This is exactly the kind of man that GOD looks with mercy to, a humble man. A man that depends on GOD and solely relies upon HIS power and Sovereignty to change things in David's favor. David wasn't proud enough to think he had it all because he understands that he is just a mere human being chosen by GOD to be leader of the great Israel.
If you are a man or woman like David, that trust in GOD completely, then you will never regret anything in life for in the end, those that depend on GOD like David, can conclude that GOD gives strength to His people, to His children. It is easy to see that it is GOD that can change the way we feel from a low to a high of hope. All we have to do is to depend on GOD, to read His word daily and receive hope through His word, through remembering who He is, HE is our salvation, He is the source of all power and strength in all the world.
