19 In that day there will be an altar to the Lord in the heart of Egypt, and there will be a monument to the Lord at its border. 20 It will be a sign and a witness that the Lord of Heaven’s Armies is worshiped in the land of Egypt. When the people cry to the Lord for help against those who oppress them, he will send them a savior who will rescue them.21 The Lord will make himself known to the Egyptians. Yes, they will know the Lord and will give their sacrifices and offerings to him. They will make a vow to the Lord and will keep it. 22 The Lord will strike Egypt, and then he will bring healing. For the Egyptians will turn to the Lord, and he will listen to their pleas and heal them.

GOD gives chances to everyone who will turn to HIM and make HIM GOD of their lives, No matter what they have done in the past or their rebellious reputation the creator of the whole Universe is the GOD who gives chances. As long as we are alive and breathing, everyday in our life is a chance to be right with GOD. The LORD has a promised a day for salvation even for the gentiles whom GOD did not chose to be HIS people. But those that turn to the LORD will be identified as children of GOD because they will built an altar of worship to the LORD in their lives like a monument that everyone can see that the Creator GOD is LORD of their lives. For when they cry out to GOD in times of trouble, the LORD willl hear them.
Those that know the LORD will give their sacrifices and offering to HIM. What are these sacrifices? Praise and thanksgiving, even when they are in a dark situation. Even in dark times they will have and enjoy peace that the world cannot understand. Time is an offering that children for GOD offer to HIM not just once a week but every single day, they offer and set aside time to devote themselves to GOD. When they seek GOD's promises HE will never fail to fulfill them. And in times of trouble they don't have to be afraid or worry on how fend for themselves for protection because GOD Himself is their shield and strength, their protector. Taste and see that the LORD is good, see for yourself.
