4 We are confident of all this because of our great trust in God through Christ. 5 It is not that we think we are qualified to do anything on our own. Our qualification comes from God. 6 He has enabled us to be ministers of his new covenant. This is a covenant not of written laws, but of the Spirit. The old written covenant ends in death; but under the new covenant, the Spirit gives life.
16 But whenever someone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. 17 For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 18 So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord—who is the Spirit—makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image.

Message:
The Yes of GOD are His promises that if we believe in His promise, He will not fail to deliver His word to us.
Observation/Promise:
We can be confident in the promise of GOD for us. We do not have to doubt His word, even when we fail, He will never fail. When we are not faithful He is still faithful. We have to rely and trust in His promises, His word who is Yeshua, has already done His part of the covenant, shedding His blood to cleanse us of all sin, reaching out and doing everything in our behalf, and all we have to do is believe. We can be confident not because we are worthy or chosen but because He has chosen us and our qualification is through our faith in Jesus, His Son the Messiah.
Application/Command:
Believe in the Son of GOD, Yeshua, the Messiah.
Claim His promises when you believe.
Be confident that we are made holy in the righteousness of GOD through faith in Jesus.
Receive and live through the Spirit of GOD which is at work within you.
Strive to please GOD by being more like Him, holy, righteous and true.
