3 You can be sure of this:
The Lord set apart the godly for himself. The Lord will answer when I call to him.
4 Don’t sin by letting anger control you. Think about it overnight and remain silent.
5 Offer sacrifices in the right spirit, and trust the Lord.
8 In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, O Lord, will keep me safe. - Psalm 4
3 Listen to my voice in the morning, Lord.
Each morning I bring my requests to you and wait expectantly.
11 But let all who take refuge in you rejoice; let them sing joyful praises forever.

The Assurance of those that trust in GOD and listen to His Voice is peace and safety.
Observation/Promise:
GOD protects His children day in and out. They may have many troubles but when they cry out to the LORD He hears and answers them. The godly may face many enemies in this world and some not of their kind but GOD will defend His children for they are His. GOD's hand of favor and blessing are with those that trust and depend on Him. All who take refuge and trust in GOD will surely rejoice because HE will never fail those that put their hope on HIM. Blessed are those who set themselves apart to be faithful to the Lord.
Application/Command:
When you are down, cling to the Lord, He will hold you head high.
When you are troubled, cry out to the Lord, and He will surely answer.
Set yourself apart for GOD, do not be like the world that seeks after pleasure. Seek GOD.
Do not let people or situations aggravate you, but bring to prayer everything that concerns you, seek GOD and He will reveal His purpose and matter of everything.
Seek security and protection from GOD. Every morning, bring yourself to the LORD, put Him first in your day and HE will sustain you all throughout of the day.
Rejoice in the Lord even when you are still expecting answers, rejoice for GOD has already done for you what you really need the most.
