Inheritance of the Godly

But let the godly rejoice.
Let them be glad in God’s presence.
Let them be filled with joy.

Father to the fatherless, defender of widows—
this is God, whose dwelling is holy.
God places the lonely in families;
he sets the prisoners free and gives them joy.
But he makes the rebellious live in a sun-scorched land.Praise the Lord; praise God our savior!
For each day he carries us in his arms.

Godly people, who are they? They that go to church every Sunday? Go to the Synagogue every Saturday? Godliness is not determined by where one goes to once a week but is determined by what one does everyday with God. When GOD rises up to judge the earth, the godly will know that GOD's hand is at work and even in chaos or calamity the godly will not be shaken, they will rejoice in the Lord their God because they understand that it is HIS move. The godly have no one else to depend on but GOD because they know Him as their Father, and He is defender to those who are helpless without a protector.

God is such a loving Father, He makes sure that orphans have homes to call their own. He provides for those who are unloved and have appointed times to set free those who have been oppressed, they are free one day and GOD brings joy into their hearts. But to those that reject HIM, He makes them live in a dry land. The rebellious don't even know why how they are in a weary place, or how they led themselves to it but their foolishness has led them astray thinking that they are in the best path. But to those that know the Lord, that follow Him everyday, that seek His face daily and eats from the Word of His mouth, they are those that praise God. For each day they understand how close GOD carries them in His heart, they enjoy His love and He enjoys them. This is the inheritance of the godly and there is even so much more that awaits them.
