16 That is why we never give up. Though our bodies are dying, our spirits are being renewed every day. 17 For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever! 18 So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever.

How do people continue to live what they believe they should live for? It is very rare nowadays that people stick with marriage because people would rather give up the hardship and struggle than persevere fighting for love. But for some who never give up, how is it that they have the strength to keep on keeping on? Like for the apostles in the New Testament, they were already going through so much, not having enough food, being in the storm, persecuted and tried in the courts but what has kept them strong in the faith?What has kept them moving forward without even a doubt of stopping?
Their adversities are increasing everyday to the point that they described their bodies as dying but their spirits are made new each day. They have this hope that others could not see, a glorious future awaiting them. They are so sure that they will receive wonderful rewards in the lift to come. Their focus and their eyes are not fixed on what they experience on earth or what they see in the physical realm. They are looking forward to the life to come the next life after the present. What do they see that others don't see? The spiritual realm becomes so clear in their perspective that it seems like the reality of what is now has become temporary and the invisible or spiritual realm has become reality. Where is your reality? Is it your life on earth now? Or is it still to come? How you choose to live today will determine the life you will live after the death of your physical body.... Is your spirit going to be with GOD or without? Now is the time to chose your reality well.
