Most people have friends, some good and few bad. But rich people have few good friends and many are the bad ones. Why is this? Most people make friends with people with a hidden intent or motive. That's why the rich have many friends but when riches are gone, there's only few good friends who truly care and it's good to know while we are not in our lowly states, who these true friends are. There is one person whom I know cares more for people in their time of sorrow and need. This person is the GOD of Heaven and Earth. He is the perfect being, the passionate Lover. He wants to be more than our friend, HE wants to be our everything, to be our GOD. He wants to save and free us from our enemies. Whether they are spiritual or physical, mental enemies, He wants to give us our freedom. GOD wants to see us become better everyday. There's only ONE who care so much for every person so passionately and it is the GOD of Heaven Almighty.
So it is truly good to give thanks to GOD, to be grateful for who HE is to us, to who HE is to the world, to who HE is to everyone of His creation. Psalm 136 says HE provides food to every creature. Yes we hear of the starving children in Africa, but if GOD never fails to provide for the birds who don't even look for their food, we can be sure that HE is providing supernaturally to everyone in all the world. It is good to understand that it is because of HIS love that we are created, we are alive today, and why some people are already gone today. HE alone knows the perfect time of everyone and HIS time is perfect. It is good to recognize that HE is the only person who will never fail us, never forsake us, never stop loving us. It is good to know who the GOD of Heaven is so that our hearts will be filled with thanksgiving, praise and joy. Nothing in this world could give you eternal hope that knowing the GOD of Heaven is the GOD of love.
