Realize

8 While they were at Lystra, Paul and Barnabas came upon a man with crippled feet. He had been that way from birth, so he had never walked. He was sitting 9 and listening as Paul preached. Looking straight at him, Paul realized he had faith to be healed. 10 So Paul called to him in a loud voice, “Stand up!” And the man jumped to his feet and started walking.
- Acts 14:8-10

Life is a journey and there's many things we go through the journey, most of the time they are hard things, things may change us. We might become better or worse. It depends on how we respond to things especially the tragic things. There are many events in a person's life that cripple him because he wasn't able to overcome the hardships he faced in life. Some people cower and are paralyzed with fear, they would rather feel safe by doing the same thing over and over again or stay out of risks and challenges.

Being crippled is not just a physical thing. Some of us are crippled emotionally, we are fearful, anxious, worried instead of being faithful, trusting and carefree. Some may be crippled emotinally, where we are so dependent on others to make us feel better. Some are spiritually crippled where they don't see their need for GOD. But being crippled in the outside is far more better than being crippled on the inside because it is the inside of our hearts that affect every choice that we make and influence our choices itself. If you know that you are crippled, then you should also know that there is a cure for being crippled and you can only claim that healing from JESUS. On the verse it said that because the crippled man was willing, he was able to be healed by her faith and trust in JESUS. But we will never move forward or be healed if in the first place we do not acknowledge that we are crippled and that we need help. When we accept that we need help then we look for ways to be healed and be whole once again, and when we look for that healing, we will find JESUS. The task is not yet done, until we believe and trust and have faith that GOD truly heals because in the previous books of the New Testament, JESUS always said "Your faith has healed you" Yes GOD's power is avaialbe and is able to heal every broken area in our lives but we will not be healed or we will not receive HIS healing until we have the faith to believe that we will be whole once again. We will not be able to achieve what we want in life unless we ourselves want it so badly. We attract GOD when we believe in HIM so much. We attract GOD's miracles if we ourselves are desperate enough to want and believe those miracles. Whatever hardship that you are going through now, even if you are crippled and not whole, desire change and desire a miracle, a breakthrough, and GOD will send it for you!
